Hinterland Company – Return & Refund Policy

At Hinterland Company, we stand behind the quality of our preparedness gear and outdoor products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and applied to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective products.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size was shipped.
- To exchange an item, please contact our support team with your order number and details of the issue.
